◆ Our prices include all you would expect in a home from home, including linen and heating of course, but we do not provide personal towels.
◆ Payment. Except for July & August an initial payment of £150 is required at the time of booking and the balance falls due one month before arrival. For July & August dates an initial an initial payment of £200 is required at the time of booking and the balance falls due two months before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or online banking.
For our guests from Europe, Canada & the USA payment can be made by international bank transfer to our bank account. This worked well for 12 families who visited from abroad last year.
◆ How to make a booking.
We will usually take email reservations accompanied with a home postal address and contact phone number.
Or if you prefer please phone us and we can confirm whether our availability page is up to date and also answer any queries you may have.
We then send you a booking form for return to us with the appropriate payment by cheque or by online banking.
◆ Wi Fi internet access. We have free Wi Fi internet access, available by arrangement and subject to it all working!
◆ Cot and/or high chair. We can provide a cot and/or a high chair if requested at the time of booking but we do not provide bedding for cots.
◆ Our changeover day in 2011 is Friday.
◆ Bookings are from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
◆ Short breaks. Between November and late March we also take short break bookings of a minimum of 3 nights excluding Christmas, New Year and half terms. Short breaks have to be paid in full with the return of the booking form.
◆ Pets. Please call about our current pets policy.
