This conversion of a Devon Barn has provided a cottage style property which is cosy on the inside and a sun trap outside!
There is a large living room area with log fire and direct access to the Barn’s secluded private grassed garden area that can be fully gated off.
The living area is open to the dining kitchen – here is a dining table for six and fully equipped kitchen, electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer drier. The kitchen also has a patio off it that overlooks Eliotts’ gardens.
At first floor level the good size main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom two full size single beds and the third bedroom a full size cabin bunk for two – this is even suitable for adults who wish to re live a bit of their childhood. The ceilings to the first floor partially follow the roofline of the barn.
There is a high 32” high definition TV with freesat channels and a DVD player.
